Sue and Paul

We did Sue and Paul's engagement session on Sunday. We had a great time with them and Hannah. What a precious little family! They are getting married in Vail in June and we can't wait for the wedding! It is going to be beautiful. And these two are so cute together. We know Hannah is very excited, as well!

Sunday Walk

We took a little walk this morning and Gil took some great photos. We try to walk to get some excercise, but Lucas always has other plans. He has to stop and pick dandelions, play with roly poly bugs, and anything else that he can find.

We stopped at Grammy's for a little bit, and Lucas wanted to water Gramps' tree.

Gil liked the shape this culvert made - it looks like an eyeball.

Imaging Workshops of Colorado

We are in Breckenridge for a 5 day workshop with Kevin Kubota. He is an amazing photographer, and an equally talented teacher. We are learning sooo much this week. He is sharing shooting and marketing tips, and we are going through his workflow. Wow! The weather is fabulous, and we are having a great time getting to know some new friends that are in our class. We'll post some photos when we get home.

Happy Mother's Day

What a beautiful Colorado day! We started early with breakfast at the Village Smithy with Gil's mom and dad and his brother and family. I got a little nap in the afternoon, and then it was off to dinner at Zheng's with my mom. I can't ask for more on Mother's Day than to spend precious time with the family that means so much to me!

I decided to post one of my favorite photos of Lucas and me. It was taken last fall by our dear friend, Kelly Sarno, who is celebrating her first Mother's Day anticipating the birth of her first child in August.

Fulk Family

I had the pleasure of photographing the Fulk family yesterday. Cody and Michaela adopted baby Malachi about a month ago. He is so precious. Carter was more into playing than having his picture taken, but we sure got some cute shots of the family!

Gina and Richard

We have been waiting since last fall for these two to tie the knot! What a beautiful day it was. At Friday's rehearsal, it was snowing and cold, but Saturday was so nice. They really lucked out. It was a perfect spring Colorado day, and the wedding was so much fun. Gina was a stunning bride, and Richard looked happier than ever.

Gina had Richard's ring engraved inside - she made him read it before she put it on his finger. It says "I Own You"! Good thing he has such a sense of humor! You can see the inside of the ring in the last photo posted.

They went for a little ride up and down the Frying Pan River in the Bentley they had borrowed. Sweet ride!
